Crunchy Green Pea Salad
Hidden Valley Ranch

10 ounces fresh or frozen peas
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower flowerets or water chestnuts
1/4 diced green onion
1 cup roasted cashews, macadamia nuts or sunflower seeds (use combination if desired)
1/4 cup crisp cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Milk Recipe Original Ranch Dressing®
1/2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced.
2 tablespoons sliced pimento if desired, for color

Directions:
Rinse peas in hot water (steam, if fresh); and drain.

Combine peas, celery, cauliflower (or water chestnuts), nuts and bacon with sour cream. Mix prepared dressing, mustard and garlic together; pour over salad.

Toss gently; and chill.

Serves 4.
