2 teaspoons superfine sugar
1 egg white
dash of vanilla extract
2 dashes of orange flower water
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 ounces (4 tablespoons) half and half
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) gin

Directions:
Shake together all of the ingredients over ice; strain into an old fashioned glass and serve.
