Ginger-Garlic Flank Steak
That's Trump

1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak

Marinade:
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup salt reduced soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sherry
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Make shallow diagonal slashes across the steak (to tenderize) and a couple of cuts on the edges. Mix marinade ingredients together and place in a ziplock bag with the steak. Store overnight in the refrigerator, turning once or twice.

Spray barbecue with cooking spray. Grill approximately 4 minutes each side for medium rare. Slice across the grain in 1/4 inch strips.
