Layered Tuna Casserole
That's Trump

two 6 1/2 ounce cans chunk style tuna, packed in water
3 cups uncooked egg noodles
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
2/3 cup 7% sour cream
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup grated skim milk mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated light cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Drain and flake tuna. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse in hot water. Combine tuna, noodles, celery and onions. Blend together sour cream, mustard, mayonnaise, thyme and salt and mix into tuna mixture.

Spoon half of this mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with half the zucchini. Repeat layers and top with grated cheeses. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with chopped tomato.

Serves 8.
