Nutty Orange Pancakes

1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 eggs
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 3/4 cups packaged biscuit mix
1/2 cup ground walnuts

Directions:
For orange butter, in a small mixer bowl combine butter or margarine and the 2 tablespoons orange juice. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till fluffy. Transfer to small serving bowl. Set aside.

For pancakes, in the same mixer bowl combine eggs, the 1 cup biscuit mix and nuts. Beat on medium speed about 30 seconds or till combined.

For pancakes, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or heavy skilled. Cook till golden brown, turning to cook other side when pancakes have a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges. Serve with orange butter.

Makes 12 to 14 (4 inch) pancakes.
