Ravioli with Mushroom Cilantro Sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup minced onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 2 teaspoons finely minced fresh ginger 1 1/2 cups (4 ounces) sliced fresh mushrooms 1 1/3 cups (10 ounce container) Contadina refrigerated Alfredo Sauce 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 package Contadina refrigerated Beef and Garlic Ravioli, cooked, drained and kept warm 1 tablespoon finely sliced chives 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper Directions: In a medium skillet, heat oil; sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro, ginger and mushrooms; cook for 3 minutes. Stir in Alfredo sauce and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 5 minutes. To serve, place ravioli on serving platter; top with sauce. garnish with chives and red bell pepper. Makes 4 servings.
