Gorgonzola Pasta

1 cup whipping cream 1/2 pound gorgonzola cheese (stilton is a good substitute) 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 pound spaghetti or linguine grated parmesan cheese to sprinkle freshly ground pepper chopped fresh parsley for garnish Directions: In heavy saucepan, cook cream until it boils and is slightly thickened. Lower heat, add crumbled cheese, butter and nutmeg. Stir until all ingredients have melted and sauce is well blended. Stir in parmesan. Cook pasta as directed. Drain and combine hot pasta with sauce. Serve with extra parmesan and ground pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
