Banana Pudding
Eating Healthy Cook Book

1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 medium banana
4 teaspoons chocolate flavored syrup

Directions:
For pudding, in a heavy small saucepan stir together sugar and flour. Stir in milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Remove from the heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla.

Slice banana into 4 individual dessert dishes. Spoon pudding atop. Cover surface with clear plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator till serving time. Drizzle with chocolate flavored syrup.

Makes 4 servings.
