1 quart unsweetened apple juice
4 red zinger tea bags
4 slices dried apple
4 whole cloves
1 tablespoon golden raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
Place apple juice in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add tea bags and next 3 ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour mixture through a wire mesh strainer into a pitcher; press with back of spoon against sides of strainer to squeeze out juice. Discard solids remaining in strainer. Stir in lemon juice and serve immediately.
Yield: 4 cups (serving size 1 cup)
