1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 powdered sugar 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries Directions: In small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in cranberries. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup. |
