Red Wine Vinaigrette

1/4 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake mixture vigorously. Serve vinaigrette over salad greens.

Yield: 1 cup.
