Cooking Light, Five Star Recipes

1/2 cup water
1 (10 ounce) package frozen baby lima beans, thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
3/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried summer savory, crushed
2 cups peeled, seeded, and diced tomato

Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add beans; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Add corn and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in tomato.

Serves 5.
