Avocado Dressing

1 medium size ripe avocado (3/4 pound) 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup coarsely chopped green onion 1/4 cup coarsely chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt few drops Tabasco dash of pepper Directions: Peel avocado, and cut into chunks. Blend in blender with rest of ingredients. Refrigerate several hours to chill well. Good with fruit or vegetable salads. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
