Roasted Cauliflower with Coriander and Cumin Seeds

small head cauliflower (about 1 pound) 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander Directions: Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut cauliflower into 1 inch flowerets and in a roasting pan or ovenproof skillet, toss with remaining ingredients. Roast mixture in oven 25 minutes, or until cauliflower is just tender. Serves 2.
