Irish Soda Bread

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons (packed) golden brown sugar
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Dust baking sheet with flour. Whisk first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Mix in buttermilk. Gather dough together. Turn out onto floured surface; knead to combine, about 1 minute.

Gather dough into ball; flatten into a 7-inch round. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden and baked through, about 45 minutes. Transfer to a rack and cool.

Makes 1 loaf.
