Broccoli and Cauliflower in Mustard Butter

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 small bunch of broccoli, large stems removed, separated into florets 1 small head of cauliflower, separated into florets 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper Directions: In a small bowl, blend together the butter and mustard. Mix in the lemon juice. Set the mustard butter aside. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower, covered, until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and return the vegetables to the hot saucepan. Toss to evaporate any extra moisture. Season with the salt and white pepper. Add the mustard butter and toss to coat well. Serves 6.
