1 box Angel Food Cake (do not add ingredients, just dump in a bowl)
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 teaspoon vanilla
non stick spray
Optional: 1 tub of Cool Whip

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 °

Mix cake mix, pineapple and vanilla together (no need to use blender). Poor into 9x13 pan (spray first) and for 30-40 minutes.

When cool, spread with whipped topping.

Note: Try with other fruits such as peaches, strawberries or blueberries.
