Fresh Figs with Gorgonzola

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
18 fresh figs, halved
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
1/3 cup chopped roasted walnuts

Directions:
Mix together vinegar, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl, then set aside.

Arrange 6 fix halves on each of 6 salad plates. Crumble gorgonzola over figs, top with walnuts, and drizzle with dressing.

Serves 6.
